Ingredients
  • 2 ounce roca patron reposado
  • 1 ounce pulque
  • 2 ounce butternut squash puree
  • 1 lemon wheel
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 pound peeled squash cubes
  • 5 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 whole star anise
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 5 liter water
  • 2 ounce agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Shake and strain into a cinnamon- or sugar-rimmed glass and garnish with a lemon wheel wrapped around a cinnamon stick.
  2. Boil ingredients for 30 minutes.
