OPTIONAL: For smoother, creamier dip, try BUSH’S® Cannellini Beans.
- ½ Cup water (plus more, if needed)
- 2 16-ounce cans BUSH'S Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ Cup tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ Teaspoon salt
- 1/8 Teaspoon cumin
- 2 Tablespoons sriracha sauce
Add ½ cup water and all the other ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and purée 1 to 2 minutes, or until creamy, adding water as needed for desired consistency.
Serve with sides of your choice like pita chips, carrots, cucumber slices, or bell pepper slices.
