Ingredients

  • Muddled mint
  • 1 1/2 Ounce Bulldog Gin
  • 1/2 Ounce Lustau Manzanilla Sherry
  • 1/2 Ounce Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 Ounce lime juice
  • 1 Ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/4 Ounce Demerera syrup (equal proportions)

Directions

Combine all ingredients into a glass, add crushed ice and swizzle.

top with crushed ice and top off with a few dashes of angostura bitters, an orchid and a lime twist.
