This recipe is super easy and you can use frozen blueberries or fresh, it really doesn't matter. Sometimes I even like to add some raspberries for extra color!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 10-15 blueberries
  • 3 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. In a large mug combine all the cake ingredients, except the blueberries and whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the blueberries.
  3. Cook in microwave on high for 2 minutes or until set.
  4. Serve immediately.
