Looking for a twist on the classic mint julep recipe? Muddle the simple syrup and bourbon with fresh raspberries, and top it all with a splash of Belgian-Style Wheat Ale. Fruity Ale Mint Juleps couldn’t be easier to make!

  • 6 Ounces Blue Moon® Belgian White Belgian-Style Wheat Ale
  • 1 and 1/2 ounces Woodford Reserve Bourbon
  • 1/4 Ounce Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 Ounce Simple Syrup
  • 4 Muddled Raspberries
  • Mint Sprig and Fresh Raspberries (for garnish)


Muddle raspberries with bourbon, lime juices and simple syrup in julep glass.

Fill glass with ice.

Give it a short shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice.

Top with Blue Moon® Belgian White and stir gently.

Add mint and raspberry garnish.
