Mix things up by adding blue cheese, sliced apples, and fig jam to your grilled cheese sandwhich.
In a saute pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Spread the fig jam on the inside of the slices of brioche bread. Add the blue cheese crumbles and the sliced apples, and close the sandwich. Grill in the saute pan for about 2-3 minuets on each side, being careful not to burn the bread. Add more butter if necessary.
