Bittersweet Boba Cocktail

This isn’t your average bubble tea drink

Put a twist on the popular Asian-inspired bubble tea drink with Campari-infused boba. This cocktail comes packed with a sparkle, using edible red glitter to rim the glass.

For the Campari-Infused Boba:

  • Plain boba (available online or at specialty grocery stores)
  • Water
  • 1 cup Campari
  • 1/3 cup sugar

For the Bittersweet Boba:

  • 1/2 ounce Campari
  • 2 1/2 ounce Strong Brewed Black Tea
  • 1 ounce Milk
  • 1 ounce Vanilla Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
  • Campari-infused Boba
  • Edible glitter, red


For the Campari-Infused Boba:

In a pot, boil plain boba for about 30 minutes. Drain boba and let steep in a mixture of 1 cup Campari and 1/3 cup sugar.

For the Bittersweet Boba:

Rim glass with edible red glitter and fill with Campari-infused boba.

Shake all ingredients and strain over the boba.
