Honey-Mustard Chicken Wings
The likeable combination of spicy mustard and sweet honey is slathered on these wings from Taste of Home to make them a ying and yang of flavors.
- 4 Pounds whole chicken wings
- 1/2 Cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1/4 Cup butter, cubed
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground turmeric
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line two 15-by-10-by-1-inch baking pans with foil and grease. Cut the chicken wings into 3 sections and discard the wing tips. Place the wings into the prepared pans.
In a small saucepan, combine the mustard, honey, butter, lemon juice, and turmeric. Bring to a boil. Pour over the chicken wings and turn to coat. Bake for 1 to 1 ¼ hours or until chicken juices run clear and glaze is set, turning once.
