Ingredients
  • 1 cup plus two tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 packets of aloha daily good berry
  • 1 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bananas, thinly sliced
  • 2 cup fresh berries
  • maple syrup, for serving
Directions
  1. Combine your flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and ALOHA in a large bowl. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together your milk, oil, vanilla, and egg. Slowly add this wet mixture into your dry mixture and mix until just combined.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and grease with butter or non-stick spray.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, then place sliced bananas over the top of each pancake. When the batter begins to bubble after three minutes or so, check that the pancake has browned on one side and flip, then cook on the other side for another three minutes or so.
  5. You can keep your pancakes in a 200°F oven on a baking sheet while you finish using the rest of your batter. When ready, plate and sprinkle with fresh berries. Enjoy!
