Ingredients
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/4 cup grated yellow onion
  • 8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 drops green food color
  • salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cut cucumber in half-length ways and scrape out seeds.
  2. Grate cucumber.
  3. Place grated cucumber, onion and cream cheese in food processor bowl.
  4. Puree until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, dill and seasoning to mixture.
  6. Continue to puree until smooth.
  7. Add food color and mix until well incorporated.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
