Nothing says summertime drinking quite like a lemonade. With a bit of gin and some sparkling lemonade, this fizzy, refreshing cocktail is exactly what you need.This recipe is courtesy of Belvoir.

Ingredients
  • 2 ounce gin
  • fresh raspberries
  • 1 lime
  • ice
  • lemonade, preferably belvoir organic elderflower lemonade
Directions
  1. Into a cocktail shaker, add gin, raspberries, the juice of half a lime, and ice cubes.
  2. Shake.
  3. Pour and strain into serving glass.
  4. Top with elderflower lemonade.
  5. Garnish with lime slice.
