Beet and Goat Cheese Crostini
  • 1 french baguette, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • one 3 1/2-ounce package goat cheese
  • 1 large beet, roasted and diced
  • handful of microgreens, for garnish
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. On each slice of bread, spread a generous amount of goat cheese. Top each with a few beet pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 12 minutes. Garnish with microgreens.
