If this tuna salad is good enough for the president, it’s good enough for us.

Ingredients
- 12 Ounces canned albacore tuna, drained
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 Tablespoon sweet relish
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 8 slices bread
- 1 head of lettuce, to serve
- 1 tomato, sliced
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon, relish, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Assemble 4 sandwiches with the lettuce and tomato layered on top of the tuna salad. Serve immediately.
