Banana Spring Rolls


This Filipino dessert combines bananas rolled in sugar and then deep fries them for the ultimate sweet treat.


For the Banana Spring Rolls

  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 8 spring roll wrappers
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • Oil for frying


For the Banana Spring Rolls

Heat a skillet about halfway with oil. Coat your banana slices in brown sugar and wrap them into the spring roll. Wrap, roll, and seal your spring roll wrap with water. Fry the spring roll until it's golden brown on both sides. Remove from oil, and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
