- 3 Pounds chicken wings, tips removed, drummets and wings separated
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 Cup pumpkin tagine sauce, preferably Urban Accents
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Set 2 wire racks inside 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
Place chicken, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until well coated. Divide wings between prepared racks and spread out in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from oven and baste sauce all over the wings. Return to the oven bake for 15 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
