Ingredients
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 cup pistachios
- salt, to taste
Directions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Pat with a clean paper towel to remove excess fat, then chop into small pieces.
- Process the nuts in your food processor for 5–10 minutes, or until completely smooth, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary.
- Add the cooked bacon to the food processor and blend for another 3 minutes.
- Add salt as needed for taste.
