Ingredients

1 pound jalapeño jack cheese, grated
1 pound yellow cheddar cheese, grated
1 plum tomato, chopped and seeded
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
4 ounce lager beer

Directions

Melt cheese and beer in a saucepan over medium heat.
Once melted, stir in tomato and cilantro, and transfer to serving dish or fondue dish.
Serve with tortillas or corn chips.
