These roll-ups are made with real fruit and vegetables. They make a fun and healthy snack for kids and adults alike!
  • 3 cup cooked veggies (carrots or beets)
  • 3 cup ripe or frozen fruit (peeled peaches or strawberries)
  • 3 tablespoon raw honey or agave
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  1. Preheat oven to lowest possible temperature.
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a high-speed blender, combine your chosen fruit and vegetable with honey and lemon until puréed.
  4. Pour purée onto the prepared baking sheet, use a spatula and evenly spread mixture to 1/8” thick.
  5. Place in oven and bake for 8 to 10 hours, or until the mixture is no longer sticky.Remove from oven, roll-up, and store in a container for up to 1 week.
