Lobster and Spinach Dip

Add fresh seafood to a delicious dip

This dip recipe adds delicious lobster to a mix of spinach, sour cream, mayo and lemon juice. Enjoy it with crackers, chips or bread.

  • 1 Cup sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 package of spinach dip mix
  • 1/2 Cup fresh Maine lobster meat, cooked and shredded or chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onions


Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasoning mix in a medium bowl until well blended.

Add lobster meat; gently stir to blend.


Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Stir dip and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Serve with water crackers.
