Green Energy Smoothie

Whether you need to boost your productivity at work or you’re feeling a bit sluggish, blend these ingredients together for a pick-me-up.



  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 Cup coconut water
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Cup spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pieces of ice


Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water while you chop the apple slices and banana. 

Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
