Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 pieces of ice
Directions
  1. Soak the chia seeds in the coconut water while you chop the apple slices and banana.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together and serve.
