Gluten Free Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Fudgy, delicious and not overly sweet

Crinkle cookies are so fun and easy to make. Whether you don't like to spend a lot of time baking or your pantry is full of baking staples to use up, these are a great choice.

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
  • 2 Cups superfine almond flour
  • 1/4 Cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Cup powdered sugar


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Using a stand mixer, combine the butter and sugar until well mixed.

Add eggs, one at a time and mix well after each addition.

Add vanilla.

Next add in the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

Stir until mixed.

Roll them into 1 inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Use a glass with a flat bottom to gently flatten them out.

Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Do not overcook.

They will continue to cook when removed from the oven.
