Survey Shows Ladies Like A Guy Who Knows His Food And Wine

Well, well, well, what do we have here? Could the long, unanswered query "what do women want" possibly have been — gasp! — answered? Not entirely, but perhaps we're one step closer. 

For centuries, gentlemen have been plagued by the unpredictability of women everywhere, however, recent survey results may sway them in a certain direction: food and wine. 

That's right fellas, school yourselves on the art of sips and bites because apparently, that's what the majority of ladies are finding attractive these days. 

Girlfriends, the same goes for you. Guys like girls who can talk about food... and drink. So visit a brewery or seven, brush up on your foie gras knowledge, and get ready to mingle. 

Here's the statistics: 

Fifty-nine percent of men are more impressed by a woman who is knowledgeable about food and wine than someone who can talk politics, according to a recent survey by Wakefield Research for Tabasco brand.

Only 29 percent of gals would be captivated by political banter, while a majority (72 percent) would find knowledge of food and wine more attractive.
