While oysters are certainly an acquired taste, when fried they're just about perfect for anyone.
In a bowl place cormeal and club soda. Stir ingredients together until it's thick. Dip oyster in mix to coat. Immediately place oyster in 350º oil until it's crispy. Serve hot with Tabasco or aioli.
