Phantom Gourmet Food Festival Hits Fenway Park Saturday

BOSTON (CBS) – On Saturday, the streets surrounding Fenway Park will turn into a big block party with tons of food. Dan Andelman has a preview of the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival.

With so many people dressed in purple and so much food filling two city blocks, it's so much fun you'll go head over heels!

This is your chance to take bite of one hundred of Phantom's favorite foods. Savor the flavor of Fuddruckers burgers, Sausage Guy sausages, Cabby Shack clam chowder, Cape Cod Cafe pizza, Harrows chicken pies, and Ben & Jerry's ice cream. We're also sampling sweet potato fries, sandwiches, chicken wings, hot dogs, meatballs, cupcakes and more!

Eat your way down the street and around the world! The food festival will feature Chinese, Mexican, Portuguese, Italian, Swiss, and Dominican cuisines.

This is a four-hour long indoor and outdoor party with special events throughout Lansdowne Street's famous restaurants along with live music, a costume contest and half a million pieces of food to satisfy thousands of Phantom fans.

The Phantom Gourmet Food Festival is Saturday from 12 to 4pm right next to Fenway Park. Tickets and will be available at the event.
