Phantom Gourmet: Creatively Delicious Dishes
BOSTON (CBS) – Oga's on Route 9 in Natick is known for creatively delicious sushi. But their most eye-popping dish is the leaf-grilled steak houba-yaki.
At the twisted fork in Cherry Valley, Massachusetts, Chef Jay is famous for an over-the-top bananas foster French toast.
"Melted butter, brown sugar, banana liquer, fresh bananas, sauteed and flambéed, and poured over the French Toast, topped with our own homemade whipped cream," Chef Jay said. "The feedback we always get is like 'wow, this is best French Toast I've ever eaten."
The Duck & Bunny in Providence puts a creative spin on classic French crepes infusing them with international flavors.
