The Perfect Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 cup raw chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raw buckwheat oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup pecas
- 1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup grade b maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit
- 2. Mix together Oats, Buckwheat, Cranberries, Almonds, Chia Seeds, Hemp, Cinnamon, and Cardamom
- 3. Melt the Almond Butter, Maple Syrup, Coconut Oil, Vanilla, and Sea Salt over low heat for about 3 minutes, until the ingredients are blended together
- 4. Pour mixture over the dry ingredients, coating well
- 5. Line a large pan with parchment paper and spread granola evenly over the pan
- 6. Bake for 15 mintues and then flip the granola onto the other side. Bake for another 8 minutes until golden brown
- 7. Remove from oven and allow it to compltely cool before storing in an airtight container
