No-Bake Apple Cherry Paleo Bars

Ingredients
  • 14 medjool dates, pits removed (about 2 cups)
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 3 tablespoon raw honey
  • 4 tablespoon raw almonds
  • 3 tablespoon raw pecans
  • 3 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup dried apples

  2. Add dates, apples, cherries, almonds and macadamia nuts in your Hamilton Beach food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are in small chunks but not ground. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add almond butter, coconut cream, honey and cinnamon and combine well. Take a baking sheet and line with parchment paper. Using a spatula place mixture on prepared baking sheet. Spread out evenly and form in the height and shape you want the bars. Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour then you can cut and either fold in parchment paper or wrap in clear wrap.
