Momofuku And Milk Bar Are Heading To Vegas

Since chef and founder David Chang opened Momofuku Noodle Bar in 2004, his empire has expanded to include restaurants in New York City, Sydney, Toronto, and Washington. His next venture, with Milk Bar chef and owner Christina Tosi, brings Momofuku and Milk Bar to the Las Vegas strip, specifically to The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, reports Las Vegas Eater.

Construction is under way, and Momofuku and Milk Bar are slated to be a part of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas by the end of the year, according to The New York Times. The opening of Momofuku and Milk Bar in Las Vegas marks the first of Chang and Tosi's projects on the West Coast.

Details regarding the Vegas Momofuku restaurant are yet to be determined.

This announcement follows rumors from 2012 of Chang's plans to enter the Las Vegas dining scene. Momofuku currently boasts 13 restaurants, two bars, and a culinary lab, while Milk Bar has a total of seven locations.
