Disney’s Rhine River cruise allows travelers the opportunity to explore France, Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands

Most Disney fans have been waiting for the release of the Beauty and the Beast remake starring Emma Watson and Dan Stevens (which premiers on March 17), but it seems that Disney had something else up its sleeve. Recently, Adventures by Disney announced that its Rhine River cruise offerings for 2018 will include a Beauty and the Beast-inspired experience.

There will be six departures in 2018, and the cruise will allow travelers to explore the culture and villages that inspired the classic Disney movie, according to Adventures by Disney.

The itinerary will include experiences such as a themed dinner, screenings of live and animated versions of the film, and a tour of the French village of Riquewihr, which resembles Belle’s hometown.

Two epicurean sailings hosted by well-known chefs and sommeliers will also travel the Rhine in fall 2018. These sailings, exclusive to adults, will include wine tastings, gourmet demonstrations, and culinary walking tours all inspired by the Epcot International and Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festivals.
