Sean 'Diddy' Combs Accused Of Sexual Harassment By Former Personal Chef

Rap star Sean "Diddy" Combs is in legal hot water after accusations of sexual harassment have surfaced from his former personal chef. Cindy Rueda claims that she was frequently made to serve food to the hip-hop mogul without wearing clothes, specifically after he and his friends had engaged in sexual activity. She was also repeatedly asked sexually charged questions by Combs and his friends.

After complaining about the harassment, Rueda says that Combs framed her for theft — accusing her of stealing a watch — and she was fired in May 2016.

In a recently filed lawsuit, Rueda accuses her former employer of repeated sexual harassment, as well as low pay and long hours. Rueda claims she worked long hours (16- to 18-hour days) for just $150 a day as the lead chef in Combs' home and was required to go on long trips with the hip-hop star without additional pay. Rueda is seeking retribution for wage violations, sexual harassment, defamation and infliction of emotional distress, according to the lawsuit.

Combs' estate has dismissed the allegations out of hand:

"This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause," Combs' representative told the New York Daily News.
