Chris Brown Admits He Owns 14 Burger King Franchises

R&B singer Chris Brown just revealed that he owns 14 Burger King franchises.

He sat down the Us Weekly and shared 25 facts about himself — one of which was about owning the franchises.

To own a Burger King franchise, you must have $1.5 million net worth and $500,000 liquid assets, according to the company's website. In addition, each franchisee must complete 84 days of classroom and on-the-job training and a mandatory orientation for 80 hours. Seven weeks of in-restaurant training at Burger King's corporate restaurant are also required. It's unclear exactly where Brown's franchises are.

Brown is not the first celebrity to own a fast food franchise. Rapper Rick Ross owns a few Wingstop locations in Miami and other cities.

Brown admitted another surprising fact during the Us Weekly interview: he does not eat beef or pork, so he's probably not a frequent customer at any of his Burger King franchises.
