Chipotle Cultivate Festival 2015 Announces Chefs And Music Lineup

The Chipotle Cultivate Festival is back. Chipotle just announced the 2015 lineup for its growing fifth annual food and music festival, with two new festival locations in Phoenix and Kansas City and a return to Minneapolis. Chipotle Cultivate "encourages attendees to think and talk about food and food issues in a fun and engaging environment," which basically translates to stuffing your face and listening to some jams for a good cause.

This year's festival will feature different chefs and musical guests at each of the cities.

Phoenix's Cultivate, happening on April 18, has booked Twenty One Pilots, MS MR, Magic Man, and Jared & The Mill. Look out for chefs Amanda Freitag ("Chopped," Empire Diner in New York), Richard Blais ("Top Chef," "Top Chef Masters," Juniper & Ivy in San Diego), Charleen Badman (FnB in Scottsdale, Arizona), Joshua Hebert (POSH in Scottsdale), and Chris Schlattman (The Upton in Scottsdale), who will all be doing cooking demos.

Kansas City's Cultivate, held on July 18, has booked Portugal. The Man, with cooking demos by chefs Tim Love (CNBC's "Restaurant Startup," Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in Dallas/Fort Worth), Freitag, Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson (Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado), Graham Elliot ("MasterChef," Graham Elliot Bistro in Chicago), and Colby Garrelts (Rye in Leawood, Kansas).

Minneapolis' festival is on August 22, with headlining act Walk the Moon and chefs Andrew Zimmern ("Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern," Canteen food truck in Minneapolis), Richard Blais, Gavin Kaysen (Spoon and Stable in Minneapolis), Jamie Malone and Erik Anderson (the upcoming Brut in Minneapolis), and Jim Christiansen (Heyday in Minneapolis).
