You And Your Kids Can Soon Eat At A Pop-Up Shopkins Café

Shopkins: If you have school-aged children you are probably tired of the unceasing obsession with these adorable toys. But be prepared, because the tiny, anthropomorphic grocery-inspired figurines are coming to life at a pop-up café this summer. The Parisian-themed Shopkins Macaron Café, modeled after popular playset the Oh La La Macaron Café, will only be open for four days, from June 17 through the 19. You can get tickets online starting June 1 — but hurry, because these tickets will likely sell out faster than the latest Shopkins set.

Lucky Shopkins fans will get to sample French macarons and other treats, "get glam" with character-themed manicures, meet and greet with their favorite Shopkins figures, win Shopkins swag and get an exclusive sneak peek at the upcoming Europe line in Shopkins World Vacation.

"Since Shopkins first made its debut four years ago, we've seen it grow into a global phenomenon, pivoting from a collectible toy into a global lifestyle brand with apparel, home goods, school supplies, digital content and much, much more," said Paul Solomon, Co-CEO of Moose Toys in a statement. "We're thrilled to take Shopkins to the next level on the first stop of the Shoppies World Vacation with an incredible consumer experience. This event will give our fans the opportunity to fully immerse in themselves the world of Shopkins like never before."
