This Watermelon Soft Serve Is The Cutest Thing You'll Eat All Summer

In May, Dominique Ansel Kitchen opened its soft serve window for the season, offering a rotation of new flavors throughout the summer. To help beat the summer heat, the famous pastry chef is adding a new soft serve flavor to the mix, but it'll only be available in New York City for four days.

The "What-a-Melon" soft serve is a slice of fresh watermelon filled with homemade watermelon soft serve. If that's not enough to make your mouth water, the dessert comes with chocolate "seeds" and a sprinkle of sea salt on top.

The summer flavor was originally launched in Dominique Ansel Kitchen's Tokyo location to celebrate its two-year anniversary.

The soft serve will be available from July 1 through July 4 starting at 12 p.m.
