If you’re tired of eating at the same places and ordering the same kind of food, a new food app called Entrée is here to help.
Described as “basically Tinder for food” by FoodBeast, the app shows users pictures of food to help them decide what and where to eat, and users communicate their preferences by swiping right on dishes they like and left to see the next menu item. [related]
The app can filter dishes by type of cuisine, restaurant name, price, distance, and rating, and users can view individual dishes and restaurant menus.
Once a decision is made, app users can order their food for delivery, make a reservation, or even book an Uber to the restaurant. The app uses algorithms to learn your personal food preferences and caters future dish suggestions to these preferences.
