Shake Shack's Popular New Chicken Sandwich Is Already Gone
Almost as soon as it was announced, the ChickenShack disappeared — well, temporarily at least. Two days ago, Shake Shack announced the release of its first-ever fried chicken sandwich, available only in Brooklyn for $6.29. Sadly, though, the ChickenShack is already "flying the coop." After today, the chicken sandwich will be taken temporarily off the menu. But fear not, Brooklynites: The sandwich will be back, at least according to the Shake Shack Twitter account, on July 16.
The chicken flew the coop! Today's the last chance to snag a ChickenShack 'til they're gone. Back cooking Thurs, 7/16 pic.twitter.com/Pv5pK94mq6

The ChickenShack, in case you haven't been up to date on New York's most popular fried chicken sandwiches, is a crispy all-natural and antibiotic-free chicken breast with lettuce, pickles, and buttermilk herb mayo.
An entire week does seem like a long time to wait for the already-popular sandwich. People are losing their minds over this new Shack addition, so Shake Shack better make this return really quick.
The #chickenshack was so bomb diggity I had to come back for another late night run #shakeshack make... https://t.co/lpx1gajxDb
