Police Arrest Walmart Streaker Who Doused Himself in Milk

‘They need to go to jail,’ the sheriff told a local news station

Smith was filmed wearing only a Halloween mask and socks.

Police in South Williamson, Kentucky, have arrested 24-year-old Timothy Smith, the masked man who was filmed running naked through a local Walmart, pouring milk over himself, and yelling, “I’m on fire!”

Police also arrested David Daniels, the man believed to be Smith’s accomplice and cameraman.

“I wouldn't want to go in Walmart and see somebody walking around naked or running around naked, so they need to go to jail,” Pike County Sheriff Rodney Scott told local news station WYMT TV following the incident.

Scott told the station that he believed the prank was planned beforehand.

“The first question I would have would be, ‘Why?’” the sheriff said. “Why would they want to do it?”

As of Saturday, June 20, Smith and Daniels are in custody for charges including indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and criminal mischief. Both men are being held without bond at Pike County Detention Center until their court date.
