Oprah Files Trademark For Her Own Food Line

Looks like Oprah might have her own brand of lemonade before Beyoncé.

In her latest step towards complete global domination, Oprah Winfrey has filed paperwork for a trademark for hundreds of food products that will be collectively known as Oprah's Kitchen.

The applications "cover a supermarket's worth of products," reports the NY Daily News, including "basic staples like dairy, meat, fish, processed and preserved foods, spices, juices, water, lemonade, baked goods, fresh fruit and vegetables, but also specialty items such as cut flowers, beer and energy drinks."

After taking a 10 percent ownership stake in Weight Watchers, which she says she will be on for the rest of her life, a philanthropic Oprah Chai drink offered at Starbucks, and a potential food line in the pipeline, we wonder what Winfrey's next food-related venture might hold.
