There is truly nothing more perfect for late-night noshing than breakfast with the Meatball Shop guys.

The Meatball Shop guys have done it again. Two of New York’s most well-known restaurateurs, Michael Chernow and Daniel Holzman, have combined three of the most important food groups: meatballs, breakfast, and late-night snacks into one awesome sandwich: the late night breakfast sandwich.

As the name suggests, the sandwich debuted on Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Seth was pretty impressed that the two had named a meatball sandwich after him.

Here’s the breakdown of the ingredients for the new creation: breakfast sausage meatballs, bacon, American cheese and a fried egg on a brioche bun. It’s available at all Meatball Shop locations after 11 p.m. only.  (every location is open until 4 a.m.) And we all know that after a night on the town, people really start craving breakfast.

The sitcom based on The Meatball Guys’ story (yes, they inspired a sitcom) will premiere on CBS this May.
