An Indiana Jones-Themed Restaurant Is Opening Soon In Disney World

Temple of Doom meets the temple of deliciousness. An Indiana Jones-themed restaurant is set to open in Disney World's new Downtown Disney area later this fall. The aviation-themed bar/restaurant is called Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar as a nod to Indy's trusty pilot. From the looks of the concept art, the restaurant will have the atmosphere of an old-fashioned hangar straight out of one of the classic Harrison Ford films.

According to Disney's website, the restaurant seats 150, and will feature a long list of kitschy reference to the Indiana Jones movies — from the propeller-shaped ceiling fans to the "rolling boulder meatballs" on the menu. There are other themed small plates, like the Air Pirates Everything Pretzels with house-made mustard and beer cheese fondue.

Guests will be able to sip on carefully crafted cocktails like the Hovito Mojito with Barsol Quebranta Pisco, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup inside the aviation-themed bar, or outside on Jock's old steamboat, appropriately named Reggie after his famous pet snake.
