The Iconic Four Seasons Restaurant Co-Hosts A Pop-Up Dinner Series In New Orleans

The Four Seasons restaurant — one of New York's most iconic culinary institutions — shut its doors for good in July, but will soon be reborn at a new location on Park Avenue. Until then, we'll just have to be content with a temporary fix of chef Pecko Zantilaveevan's food at the Four Seasons pop-up in collaboration with Brennan's in New Orleans.

Hosted at Brennan's from Feb. 8 through the 11, the dinner series will feature a mix of Southern favorites, like jumbo lump crabmeat and papaya, with classic Four Seasons dishes, like Nantucket Bay scallops with white truffle.

Patrons will be able to choose from the à la carte menu and mix and match the six appetizers, entrées, and three desserts offered by each restaurant.

Lucky diners who are able to snag a reservation will be gifted with a gold doubloon imprinted with the slightly schmaltzy saying, "In Brennan's We Trust, In The Four Seasons Restaurant We Live." Customers who attend the pop-up will also receive free Champagne for life — meaning every time they walk into Brennan's they'll receive a complimentary glass of Champagne.
