Food-Themed Community Bikes Hit The Streets Of Chicago
Are you a Divvy cycler? Starting Monday, keep an eye out for some Chicago-centric food bikes. Snap them in the wild, and you can snag a weekly prize.
Divvy added food-themed bikes to the fleet in honor of the company's fourth anniversary. The bikes take design cues from popular Chicago foods: deep-dish pizza, hot dogs and the jibarito sandwich. Individual ingredients for each of these dishes appear as a deconstructed pattern on the bikes. (A fourth bike, the Birthday Divvy, is more generically designed with squiggly blue ribbons.)
