Early Bird Tickets Available For 'Cooking Up A Cure' Scleroderma Fundraiser

Mark your calendars: The eighth annual Cooking Up a Cure fundraising event benefitting the greater Chicago chapter of the Scleroderma Foundation will be taking place on Thursday, September 15 at Galleria Marchetti at 825 West Erie in Chicago.

Some of Chicago's best chefs, breweries, and distilleries will be coming together for this "culinary all-star dining event," including Atwood, Carol's Cookies, Deep Eddy Vodka, Girl & the Goat, Heaven on Seven, Lula Café, Smoke Daddy, Templeton Rye Distillery, White Oak Tavern, and Vie.

Guests will be able to sample offerings from over 20 local restaurants, while enjoying beverage offerings, a DJ, and silent auction. Chefs will also be serving barbecue specialties in the outdoor courtyard.

Early bird general admission ($105) is available through July 8 and includes 6:30 p.m. entry and access to all food and drink offerings. This price will rise to $125 after July 8

VIP tickets ($185) allow for a 5:30 p.m. entry and access to a special tasting menu from chef Phillip Foss of EL Ideas, as well as reserved table seating. A VIP table for 8 ($1,500) can also be purchased, with the same VIP benefits plus a reserved table for eight people. Tickets can be purchased here.

The Scleroderma Foundation is a leading non-profit supporter of scleroderma research in the United States and allots more than $1 million each year to help find the cause and cure for the disease.
