Coolhaus and Clover Juice Team Up to Make Healthy Sweet Treats for Summer

Ice cream meets cold-pressed juice to bring you these vegan desserts

Coolhaus and Clover Juice have teamed up to make two healthy treats for summer.

These not-so-bad-for-you treats are sure to make health nuts happy.

Artisanal ice cream outfit Coolhaus has teamed up with juice company Clover Juice to create healthy sweets to beat the heat.

LAist reported that this collaboration will feature two flavors, and both of them are vegan. The first is a coconut-milk-based green juice ice cream inspired by the juice at Clover, which has bananas, dates, toasted coconut, and spirulina. The second is a caramel salé nut milk — a chocolate salted nut milk inspired by a Coolhaus ice cream with almond, cashew, cacao powder, Medjool dates, maca, pink Himalayan salt, and water.

These sweets will be available at Clover and Coolhaus locations in Los Angeles beginning this week. The green juice ice cream is available as an ice cream sandwich, and can be found in Culver City, Pasadena, and trucks in Los Angeles, New York City, and Dallas. The caramel salé milk will be for sale at all Clover and Coolhaus locations nationwide and online.
