Ample Hills Creamery's Newest Location Is Serving Up Pie Sundaes

Ample Hills Creamery's High Line location is officially open for business. It has delivered on its plans to collaborate with Bubby's High Line, which it shares a roof with, to create pie-inspired dessert mashups, as well as a new flavor exclusive to the location.

The store offers pie sundaes, pie shakes, floats, and, of course, ice cream. Pie sundae combinations include chocolate peanut pie with Nonna D's Oatmeal Lace ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, "crack cookies," and chocolate sprinkles; and sour cherry pie with vanilla ice cream, caramel, whipped cream, and rainbow sprinkles, reports Grub Street.

The new flavor unique to this location is "Floatin' on the High Line:" root beer ice cream with mini marshmallows and chocolate sprinkles. It is made with Bubby's house-made root beer syrup.

A Facebook post by the company says more menu items, as well as longer hours, are coming soon.
