10,000 Cases Of Eggo Waffles Recalled For Listeria Concerns
Time to check on any Eggos you have in your freezer. Kellogg's has recalled approximately 10,000 cases of Eggo Nutri-Grain whole-wheat waffles for potential listeria contamination, according to a release.
No illnesses related to the recall have been reported, and the recall is a result of routine tests that "identified the potential for contamination."
No other Eggo products are affected by this recall. The recalled waffles were distributed to customers and retailers in 25 states.
The recalled waffles come in 10-count packs and have a best by date of Nov. 21, 2017, and Nov. 22, 2017.
Kellogg's is asking customers who purchased the affected product to discard it immediately and contact the company for a full refund.
