Starbucks Will Offer Pumpkin Spice Latte K-Cups This Year

It's barely spring and we're already talking about the always addictive pumpkin spice. Come this fall, you'll be able to brew your very own Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes at home.

The java giant has announced it will be releasing a new line of K-cups for Keurig, including Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

The PSL K-cups will be available during the peak fall season while peppermint mocha K-cups will hit shelves in December. Meanwhile, caramel, mocha, and vanilla latte K-Cups will be available year-round.

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz announced the new instant offerings at the Starbucks shareholders meeting yesterday. At that same gathering, Schultz also addressed the hubbub of the "red cup" controversy during the holidays when people were up in arms about the lack of holiday décor on the latte receptacles. Apparently, Schultz didn't think much of "RedCupGate."

"It's just a red cup," he proclaimed. "The stock went down that week because people convinced themselves we were going to have a bad holiday. As you know, we had a record Christmas quarter."
