Prepare Yourselves: Chick-Fil-A Will Soon Be Offering Frosted Coffee

Following the successful launch of Frosted Lemonade in 2015, Chick-fil-A has moved on to "frost" coffee as its newest beverage. Frosted Coffee, which will be available nationwide beginning March 14, combines Chick-fil-A's vanilla Icedream with THRIVE Farmers cold-brewed ice coffee, according to a release.

Chick-fil-A takes its cold-brewed ice coffee seriously. It is never heated and instead infused with cool, filtered water and steeped using proprietary equipment for up to 24 hours. The result is a coffee concentrate that is naturally sweeter.

Chick-fil-A is the first in the quick-service industry to offer specialty-grade coffee, and the sale of each cup supports the THRIVE Farmers network of family farmers.

Amanda Norris, senior director of menu development for Chick-fil-A, says, "We're excited to offer customers a new, great-tasting frosted beverage just in time for spring. Our guests let us know how much they've enjoyed Frosted Lemonade, and we think they'll love Frosted Coffee just as much when they're seeking  a delicious, light treat."

Frosted Coffee will be available in 14- and 20-ounce servings, through May 31, 2016.
