Grab 2 Cold Ones: Starbucks’ Treat Receipt Program Is Back

Buy one Starbucks beverage before 2 p.m., and show up for a second one after 2 p.m. for only $2.50

The sidewalks are steamy and the days are getting sweaty: We’ve officially reached the peak of summer.

Luckily, Starbucks has an ingenious method to help you beat the heat and save a few bucks: the Treat Receipt program. If you make any purchase at Starbucks before 2 p.m., you’ll be able to come back with your original receipt and buy any iced grande beverage for only $2.50.

This includes the Teavana Shaken Iced Teas, Fizzio Handcrafted Sodas, Frappuccino blended beverages, Starbucks Refreshers beverages, iced coffee, Evolution Fresh Smoothies, and other iced beverages.

Although prices vary across Starbucks menus, if you get a tea in the morning and come back to purchase an iced grande caramel macchiato at 4 p.m., you’ll save almost two dollars (iced caramel macchiatos cost $4.35 on average).

One of the new drinks available with this fresh summer deal is the Teavana Mango Black Tea Lemonade — or find your favorite iced Starbucks beverage here.
