Go On A Craft Beer Scavenger Hunt With This 99-Bottle Scratch-Off Chart

Pop Chart Lab has released an interactive infographic that is perfect for the craft beer novice, enthusiast, and elitist alike. Its 99 Bottles of Craft Beer on the Wall Scratch-Off Chart is a "bucket list of essential beverages," where 'essential' takes the form of craft beer.

Co. Design explains the breakdown of the chart, which is split into two main categories, ales and lagers, and then further divided into sub-categories, "depending on where different beer types fall on the yeast-and-malt spectrum." Stouts, lambics, porters, weissbiers, bocks, pilsners, and the like are all highlighted in the chart.

Rachel Mansfield tells Co. Design that the brands chosen for the infographic were based on what the team at Pop Chart Lab likes to drink, essentially creating a checklist of beers Pop Chart thinks people should try. After trying a beer from the chart, the gold foil of the bottle can be scratched off, 'emptying' the bottle while retaining the beer's label.

The 99 Bottles of Craft Beer on the Wall Scratch-Off Chart is made using 100 lb. archival stock, measures 18” by 24”, and costs $35 unframed. It is available for purchase on Pop Chart Lab's website.
